Created as one of Canada’s first officiant-designed indoor micro wedding venues, The Ensora was built from years of real experience guiding wedding ceremonies, legal signings, and intimate celebrations across Vancouver and British Columbia.
Unlike traditional event venues that focus primarily on reception logistics or event production, The Ensora was designed from an officiant’s perspective, where the ceremony itself remains at the center of the experience.
Specializing in modern micro weddings and intimate wedding ceremonies of up to 15 guests, The Ensora combines the warmth of a meaningful wedding ceremony with the simplicity of a streamlined planning process. Located in Richmond, just minutes from Vancouver International Airport, The Ensora offers a minimalist indoor setting for Vancouver micro weddings, legal signing ceremonies, and intimate wedding celebrations designed for modern couples seeking a private, stress-free, and ceremony-focused experience.
Our Story
The Ensora was created by the licensed wedding officiants behind Vancity Officiant, a Vancouver-based legal wedding authority serving couples since 2014.
After a decade of leading ceremonies in countless venues, we envisioned a place designed purely for the defining moment of every union: the vows and the signing.
The Meaning of Ensora
Our name blends two symbols:
Enso（円相）- the circle of wholeness and imperfection.
Sora（空）- the sky, openness and possibility.
Together, The Ensora reflects a vision of ceremonies that are simple but genuine, and complete in themselves.
