By proceeding with this online reservation and paying the reservation fee, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions associated with the service agreement on https://www.vancityofficiant.com/service-agreement. The reservation fee serves as the Client’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms in lieu of a physical signature.
